“The relationship is the therapy.”

Supervision & Consultation
I offer supervision and consultation for therapists and helping professionals interested in deepening their relational, embodied, and experiential approaches to practice.
I believe strong clinical work involves maintaining a deep sense of care and regard for the people we work with, even when protective patterns can present an obstacles to connection. I support clinicians in reconnecting with what is human, meaningful, and deeply understandable in the challenges clients face.
I view supervision as a collaborative space for you to explore, experiment, reflect, try-on, and clarify in ways that help you develop your practice to feel more authentic to you. In supervision we might explore: clinical process, relational dynamics, use of self, embodiment, attachment, countertransference, neurobiology, and the complexity of working closely with people.
I am also interested in supporting clinicians to engage personally with the work itself. Recognizing that the challenges which emerge in therapy can become opportunities for greater self-awareness and growth as a practitioner.
Looking forward to supporting your work!
